
This is a variation of
Oyakodon.
Oyakodon is a Japanese rice bowl dish with chicken, egg and onion which are simmered in Japanese broth and served over rice. "
Oyako" means "parent and child" and
Oyakodon has chicken and egg. This variation is with
Teriyaki chicken and Japanese scramble egg. They are served over rice with green onion and
sprinkled with
Sansho (Japanese pepper).
