Sorry I don't have any gourmet hamburger recipe but I make something called "hambahgu" (it is Japanese style Hamburg steak and pretty popular in Japan). It is almost like a meat loaf. I will make one soon and send you a recipe.

Personal record of everyday food
Bought fresh sashimi blocks of a couple of different fish. Cut them into small sizes and put them over sushi rice....My husband's favorite. Yummy!
