We arrived at Copenhagen early in the morning. My sister came to the airport to pick us up and we took a short train ride to the nearby train station to her apartment. There she prepared Danish breakfast for us: cold meat, cheese and round bread called ball which normally eaten with a generous amount of Danish butter. We also had elder flower juice which is pretty common throughout European countries. It is lightly sweet and very refreshing. Unfortunately I have not yet found it in US though.
