Nabe - Shredded pork and Chinese cabbage

This is one of "Nabe" dishes. Nabe is a Japanese cray pot and we cook all sorts of food in it. It is typically winter comfort food but for me it is good for anytime. This one has shredded pork and Chinese cabbage. It is simmered sake and salt. Very simple but brings out great taste of the ingredients.
