Ramen noodle is one of Japanese all time favorites. There are many very good noodle houses throughout Japan and some of them are so famous that people make a long line trying to get in.When you eat it at home, toppings can be your choice. Today I put slices of Kamaboko (fish cake), seaweed, bean sprouts, scallions, and quail eggs.
