Tonight's dinner was something called "OmuRice" with demigras sauce. It is fried rice flavored with butter and ketchup covered with omelet. It is a Japanese invention and quite popular. When I was a kid, usually omurice was dressed with ketchup but nowadays it is getting popular to serve it with demigras sauce.
