Broiled salmon with creamed spinach

I had leftover sauce béchamel which I made for the other night. Decided to make creamed spinach with it and served it with broiled salmon.

I have introduced several people to salmon and made converts out of them! Salmon and spinach, it looks wonderful.

OK, now I have to admit: I have no idea what bechamel sauce is! I have made salmon before, and it's incredible with a maple syrup sauce that sounds disgusting but is quite good. I'm trying to advance beyond peanut butter and jelly, and baked chicken, so thank you for the ideas!
