Katsudon
If you have left over
tonkatsu
,
katsudon
is a great option. Simmer onion with
tsuyu
broth and add
katsu
. Then drop egg over it and simmer. Transfer it over hot steamed rice. An Easy but very delicious meal is ready to serve.
